I. Background and purpose: The contracting authorities are offering a contract regarding the implementation, maintenance and support as well as further development of a new digital administration solution (the “System”). The contract is entered into with Domea.dk, which shall be the system owner for the System with a view to making it available to users, including the other contracting authorities and Domea.dk’s other customers, who are public housing organisations and administrations. Domea.dk’s customers own and administer a total of approximately 72,000 homes across most of Denmark and in Greenland. Domea.dk does not own any homes itself, but acts as a business manager or supplier of services to customers. The system shall support the contracting authorities’ business needs in connection with handling administrative tasks within finance and letting. The system will be included in Domea.dk’s common digital platform as one of several business applications. It is crucial for the contracting authorities that the System supports Domea.dk’s new business model and ambitions for flexibility and efficient daily task solving. Domea.dk wants better digital support for the business model in order to be able to deliver its tasks with high quality and be a professional partner and advisor for Domea.dk's customers. The better digital support, and thus the System, must also help ensure an attractive workplace where employees have the opportunity to deliver high quality and at the same time have a high level of job satisfaction.
