The tender concerns a Framework Agreement for the supply of consumables. In this tender, consumables are defined as hand towels, toilet paper sheets, foam hand soap, hand soap and dispensers for these. Excluded from the tender are other goods that can be defined as belonging to the category of consumables, as these are covered by other agreements. In addition, the Client has chosen not to replace the already existing dispensers for hand towels, toilet paper sheets, foam hand soap and regular hand soap, respectively, for reasons of sustainability. The Client currently has a total of around 3,000 dispensers distributed across the Client's campuses, and for reasons of sustainability and the Client's sustainability profile, the Client has chosen not to replace these dispensers. The dispensers mentioned in various annexes are new purchases in connection with the replacement of existing ones and new purchases in connection with renovation and new construction. These dispensers must be as similar as possible to the existing dispensers and, as a minimum, comply with the dimensions mentioned in various annexes.
