Delivery/supplementation of Fire Extinguishing Equipment to approx. 150 departments/locations under Building Operations in Sønderborg Municipality. The framework agreement covers the period 1 March 2025 to 29.02.2028. The estimated value in the form of expected turnover on the Framework Agreement during the period is approx. DKK 600,000. Expected turnover is estimated based on previous activity and expected changes in activity with the assumptions known at the time of the tender. The expected turnover is therefore not binding on the Contracting Authority. Reservations are made for changes to the number of delivery locations and addresses, e.g. as a result of restructuring, outsourcing, capacity changes or similar. The same applies to quantities stated in Framework Agreement Appendix 3 – Supplier's prices. The Client reserves the right to a major drawdown of the Framework Agreement due to a potential increase in the number of and/or larger locations at the Client or equivalent, including an optional extension of the agreement period by up to 12 months, so that the maximum value of the Framework Agreement will be DKK 1,200,000. The deliveries are currently carried out by an external Supplier. Framework Agreement Annex 2: Requirements specification contains a detailed description of the covered equipment and/or associated service(s). | Service and inspection of fire extinguishing equipment (including hand fire extinguishers, hose reels, fire blankets) and incl. any sealing, etc. for approximately 150 departments/locations under Building Operations in Sønderborg Municipality.
