Denmark – Sludge disposal services – UDBUD AF AFHENTNING, TRANSPORT, MELLEMLAGRING OG SLUTDISPONERING AF SLAM FRA RENSEANLÆG FOR AQUADJURS A/S

The tender is carried out as a public tender Art. 45, cf. Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 (the “Supply Companies Directive”). The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the Tenderer's tender meets all requirements and conditions in the tender documents, and the Tenderer should be aware that any ambiguities in the information in the Tenderer's tender may be given negative weight when assessing the Tenderer's suitability or evaluating the tender. The tender concerns the collection, transport, intermediate storage and final disposal of sludge from sewage treatment plants for the period 01.04.2025 - 31.03.2029. There is an option to extend the agreement, which will mean that the Client can extend the agreement by up to 4 x 12 months on unchanged terms, so that the agreement runs until 31.03.2033. The framework agreement is based on an estimated quantity per year corresponding to 13,000 tons of sludge, which corresponds to a total of 104,000 tons for the entire agreement period including options. The maximum quantity is 16,000 tons of sludge per year, which corresponds to a total of 128,000 tons for the entire agreement period including options.
