Denmark – Vehicles for refuse and sewage

Hillerød Affaldshandling A/S hereby offers contracts for the supply of refuse collection vehicles including equipment and service in a public tender in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Act No. 10 of 6/1/2023). Several of the utility's current refuse collection vehicles for the collection of household waste are worn out and need to be replaced. Therefore, the contracting authority wishes to enter into a contract for the purchase of 2 turnkey refuse collection vehicles and an option for 1 additional vehicle. The tender includes: • Delivery of 2 3-axle refuse collection vehicles with a double-chamber compactor box including a 2-year warranty. • Service agreement and delivery/installation of spare parts for a period of 5 years with the possibility of extension for 2x1 years, i.e. a total of up to 7 years. • Option for the delivery of 1 additional 3-axle refuse collection vehicle with a 1-chamber compactor box. Each of the refuse collection vehicles must be delivered as a complete and functional unit to Hillerød Affaldshandling A/S, Solrødgårds Allé 6, 3400 Hillerød.
