The provider provides a development accelerator service. The development accelerator service is aimed at start-ups or potential start-ups. At least 50% of the companies participating in the Development Accelerator must develop products or services containing hardware or a physical component or new materials. As a result of the Development Accelerator, at least 10 companies must reach at least the next (higher) TRL level for their developed product or service compared to the assessment made upon entering the Development Accelerator, including a minimum of 3 companies must reach at least TRL level 6. If the TRL scale is not suitable for measuring the development increase of the product or service developed in the Development Accelerator, another development increase measurement system may be used in coordination. At least 3 companies must have attracted private investments by the end of the Development Accelerator. All companies participating in the Development Accelerator must comply with the “Do No Significant Harm” principle and contribute to reducing GHG emissions or adapting to climate change.
