Estonia – Construction work for kindergarten buildings – Tallinna Kristiine Lasteaed (Rästa põik 3) ehitustööd

The purpose of the procurement is to build a new two-storey 12-group kindergarten with a courtyard. The construction work is based on a working project prepared by the main designer Infragate AS. The planned two-storey kindergarten building has maximum dimensions of 99.9x43.1m. The building will be founded on r/b piles D=400mm. The load-bearing walls of the building will be built of prefabricated reinforced concrete. The inner shell of the prefabricated internal walls and three-layer external walls is 200mm thick. The intermediate and roof ceilings are made of in-situ concrete, 240 and 220mm thick, respectively. The thickness of the hall ceiling is 280mm. The contractor's work includes the preparation of product drawings.
