Estonia – Office furniture – Eesti Vabariigi suursaatkonnas Berliinis sisustuse ostmine

The subject of the Agreement is the purchase of furnishings for the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia in Berlin (hereinafter referred to as the "Things") in the amount and under the conditions set out in the Agreement, as well as the work and operations related to and arising from the said purchase (including the production and preparation of the Things, installation and transportation to the Buyer's territory) until the transfer of the Things to the place designated by the Buyer and the final acceptance of the Things by the Buyer, as well as operations during the warranty period (hereinafter referred to as the "Sale"). The Seller undertakes to deliver and install the Things in buildings at the address Hildebrandstraße 5, 10785 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer's territory) in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
