Estonia – Prototyping services – Süvaõppe kasutusvõimalused ruumiandmete hõivel (Maa- ja Ruumiamet)

The aim of the public procurement is to create a data processing methodology for automatic data collection and identification of changes in five data groups by combining data from the Land and Spatial Board and the databases of other institutions: changes in roads, changes in water bodies, changes in buildings, building floors and building accesses. The results are prototype models, the suitability of which will be tested in the use cases of the Rescue Board and the Building Register, as well as in the data acquisition processes of the Land and Spatial Board. The data from the market consultations preceding the public procurement can be found and downloaded if necessary: https://www.riigikantselei.ee/suvaoppe-kasutusvoimalused-ruumiandmete-hoivel. The starting date of the procurement contract provided in the procurement notice is an estimated one, i.e. the performance of the procurement contract begins from the conclusion of the contract, assuming that the contract performance deadline is the final deadline set in the basic documents. NB! The contracting authority will hold an information day regarding the public procurement. The contracting authority will inform all registered interested parties of the time of the information day through information exchange.
