Based on the framework agreement, the joint purchaser can, as a result of placing orders, conclude procurement contracts mainly for existing and new registers and information systems of the Ministry of Justice, but also for joint purchasers in the area of government of the OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) ASVS (Application Security Verification Standard) version 4 or, if a newer version should exist during the validity period of the framework agreement to be concluded, for the performance of security tests corresponding to the newer version. The framework agreement concluded on the basis of the procurement extends to legal entities that have authorized the RIK to organize the procurement on the basis of a corresponding power of attorney (joint purchasers who are listed in the list of joint purchasers). Within the framework of the procurement, the tenderer must perform trial work on 16 August 2023. The tenderer must notify the contracting authority of the wish to perform trial work through the exchange of information in the public procurement register no later than 1.08.2023.
