Spain – Data network management and support services

With the approval of the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) Ordinance in the municipality of Valladolid and the installation of the access control system, it is now necessary to ensure that the computer systems and related devices, such as access control cameras, communication equipment, and the LEZ platform, are properly maintained and operated. To this end, a comprehensive LEZ maintenance and operation service will be contracted, which, in addition to guaranteeing technical operability, will include an information and support service. The contract will have an initial duration of three years from its signing, with the possibility of two one-year extensions. This service will also include a citizen portal to facilitate user interaction with the platform.
