The purpose of the aforementioned FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT is to select the company that will provide mediation services to the Local Entities of Castilla-La Mancha (EELL-CLM) through the CC-FEMPCLM (Federation of Municipalities and Provinces of Castilla-La Mancha) and to establish the general conditions governing said FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT, as well as the CONTRACTS BASED on it that are subsequently awarded by the aforementioned EELL-CLM. The mediation services covered by the FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT to be tendered must encompass, at least, the following risk groups: - Risks to the assets of movable and immovable property that form part of the EELL's assets, including facilities, electronic, scientific and computer equipment, as well as their artistic heritage. - Risks arising from the civil and/or property liability that the EELL may incur, as well as the civil and/or property liability arising from the actions of the authorities and personnel in their service, who, in the course of their activities, may cause damage to third parties or property. - Personal risks related to accidents, life, health, healthcare, etc., of personnel serving the local authorities. - Risks arising from the professional liability of architects, engineers, and other technicians. - Property, personal, and civil liability risks arising from the use of motor vehicles that are part of the local authorities' vehicle fleet. - Any other risk groups in other sectors in which the local authorities of Castilla-La Mancha may be interested.
