Spain – Photocopying and offset printing equipment – Suministro en régimen de arrendamiento sin opción de compra de equipos multifunción con destino a los distintos centros y unidades administrativas dependientes de la Consejería de Salud y Servicios Sociales, del Servicio Extremeño de Promoción de la Autonomía y Atención a la Dependencia (SEPAD) y del Incoex, mediante acuerdo marco.

Supply, on a lease basis without option to purchase, of equipment that performs copying, printing, and scanning functions with network connection, its complementary elements (software), as well as all consumables (except paper), necessary to meet the documentary needs of the Ministry of Health and Social Services and the Extremadura Service for the Promotion of Autonomy and Care for Dependency (SEPAD), including preventive and corrective maintenance. Furthermore, it will cover, through unit payment, the number of copies made successively, although the exact number of copies will not be defined at the time of entering into the framework agreement, as it is subject to the Administration's needs. This supply falls under Article 16.3 a) of Law 9/17 on Public Sector Contracts.
