Finland – Development of transaction processing and custom software – Ennakkoilmoitus Ketteriä tiimejä ja asiantuntijoita sovelluskehitykseen

This is a pre-notification of a procurement. This pre-notification does not include any attachments, and no responses are expected. The procurement concerns one agile team, starting on 1 October 2025, which will develop and maintain the Finnish Centre for Pensions' mainly Java-based customized information systems full-time. The number of teams can be changed during the contract period and a mini-competition can be held between the suppliers selected for the framework contract. The team members must mainly be experienced Full Stack developers. At least one of the developers must have architecture expertise and one of the team members must act as a part-time scrum master. The team consists of a few key people, who are aimed at being kept in the team with 100% work input, and people whose work input in the team may be smaller. This will be specified based on the team members' competence profiles. An option is to acquire experts from framework contract suppliers (e.g. Python experts, service designer, user interface designer, specifier, testing expert) who will participate in the development of information systems as needed. The working and documentation language is Finnish.
