TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is preparing a tender for kitchen and tableware for the needs of TeeSe Botnia Oy and its owner communities. The goal is to form a framework agreement for kitchen and tableware for the contract period starting on 3 February 2025 (target) and valid until further notice. The subject of the procurement is, among others, porcelain tableware, cutlery, food transport containers and other kitchen and tableware. This notice is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, but a planning notice. The purpose of this planning notice is to inform the market about the upcoming tender, to survey the industry operators and potential bidders interested in the procurement and to examine the appropriate competitive method for the procurement. Industry operators interested in the procurement can, if they wish, submit free-form views, questions and other comments regarding the upcoming tender and the procurement to TeeSe Botnia Oy's contact person by email at: pirjo.kekalainen@teese.fi. Views, comments, questions and proposals will only be available to the procurement preparation group. Any comments, etc. and contacts are requested by Friday 11 October 2024 (pirjo.kekalainen@teese.fi). The actual procurement notice and request for tender will be published according to the preliminary plan in October-November 2024. Participation in the design notice is not a prerequisite for participation in the tender. Failure to participate in the design notice does not prevent participation in a possible tender, and responding to the design notice does not in any way affect the bidder's position in the actual tender.
