OPEN INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONIC TENDER above the thresholds with sealed bids, with award criterion of the most advantageous financial offer based on price only, for the selection of a contractor for the provision of cleaning services for the buildings housing the services of the following supervised entities of the Court of Appeal of Thessaloniki, namely: 1) Thessaloniki Courthouse, 2) Thessaloniki Juvenile Protection Society, 3) Thessaloniki Forensic Service, 4) Veria Courthouse, 5) Naoussa Regional Headquarters of the Veria Court of First Instance, 6) Edessa Court of First Instance: premises of the Edessa Courthouse and premises of the former Skydra Court of Peace, 7) Giannitsa Court of First Instance: premises of the Courthouse Giannitsa and premises of the former Peace Court of Giannitsa, 8) Juvenile Court of Giannitsa - Juvenile Bailiffs and Social Assistance Service of Giannitsa, 9) Giannitsa Prosecutor's Office of First Instance, 10) Courthouse of Katerinis, 11) Courthouse of First Instance of Kilkis: premises of the Kilkis Judicial Building, which also houses the Kilkis Prosecutor's Office of First Instance and premises of the former Peace Court of Kilkis, [with the provision that within the term of the contract all judicial services of Kilkis will be relocated to a new building within the same city with approximately the same surface area], 12) Courthouse of Serres, 13) Sintiki Regional Headquarters of the Serres Court of First Instance, 14) Regional Rodolivos Seat of the Court of First Instance of Serres, 15) Halkidiki Courthouse and 16) Nea Moudania Regional Seat of the Court of First Instance of Halkidiki, for two (2) years
