Greece – Certification services – Παροχή υπηρεσιών για την προετοιμασία πιστοποίησης του ΕΟΔΥ

This specific project constitutes subproject 8 "Preparation for Quality Certification", of the TDE entitled "Functional Reorganization of the National Public Health Organization (EODY)", which is implemented within the framework of the action "Functional Modernization of the Public Health System" of the National Prevention Program "Spyros Doxiadis", which is part of the five-year National Action Plan for Public Health. The subproject concerns the development of a documented quality system in relation to the governance of the Organization, in order to effectively fulfill its basic functions. The objectives of the subproject are to create the necessary procedures and policies for the development and establishment of a quality management system in the organizational structures and services of EODY based on European standards, quality assurance tools and international best practices. Specifically, upon completion of the Project, the following will have been achieved: A) The analysis of the existing quality management framework. B) The training of the organization in quality management issues C) The preparation of the Organization for certification to the following standards:  ISO 9001: 2015  ISO 45001:2018  ISO 27001:2022  ISO 30414:2018  ISO 22301:2019 D) The procurement, installation, configuration and pilot operation of ready-made quality management software (GRC).
