Βασικός σκοπός είναι η βελτίωση του επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης των περιστατικών υγείας των ασθενών στην περιοχή της Βόρειας Ελλάδας και η προσφορά ικανοποιητικών συνθηκών εργασίας στο προσωπικό του νοσοκομείου (ιατροί, νοσηλευτές και λοιπό προσωπικό).
