The subject of the contract is the initial and periodic suitability check of the location material, namely the information poles in the OSY S.A. network and its repair or replacement, depending on its technical condition or due to the occurrence of events during the validity of the contract with the aim of maintaining its safe and fully functional condition. Specifically, the Contractor within the contractual period: The Contractor within a period of forty (40) days from the conclusion of the contract, will proceed to the complete recording of the technical condition of the location material (poles and notification signs). Subsequently, the Contractor will proceed to the technical maintenance and restoration of the location material located on the road network where the vehicles of OSY S.A. travel based on the findings of the technical report, where the need for repair / replacement arises. In addition, the Contractor is required to fulfill the instructions provided to the OSY SA by the OASA SA. In the current situation, the Position Material placed on the OSY road network is distinguished into three (3) types of information posts: 1. Bus stop marking post and stop name information as well as passing bus lines, 2. Marking post - information on the route arc (informing the driver about a turn) of a bus and finally, 3. Marking post - information on the prohibition of stopping - parking of a vehicle, due to the passage of a bus. The number of the above-mentioned Position Material, according to the latest data from the OASA stop code archive, amounts to 9,052 stop posts, 900 route arc posts and 1,100 parking prohibition posts. O.SY. S.A. does not make available detailed information on the current status of the Site Material to the competing economic operators since this is the subject of the contract to be awarded. The poles to be replaced as well as those to be repaired will arise after the initial suitability check carried out by the Contractor and approved by O.SY....
