The subject of the procurement is the procurement and delivery of vehicles for the needs of the Client's outpatient emergency medical service, all according to the Technical Specifications (Annex 6) and the Bill of Quantities (Annex 7) which form an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. The vehicle is intended for emergency medical service and more demanding transport with medical equipment. The Bidder is obliged to offer the entire subject of the procurement. The vehicle is intended for outpatient emergency medical service (emergency medical care of persons whose life, individual organs or parts of the body are immediately threatened due to illness, suffering or injury, or whose life could be threatened in a short time, and for the purpose of maximally shortening the time from the onset of an emergency to the start of the final treatment procedure). Outpatient emergency medical service medical vehicles must comply with the HRN EN 1789:2020 standard (which is the successor to the HRN EN 1789:2015 standard) for type B medical vehicles or equivalent. A Type B out-of-hospital emergency medical service medical vehicle is a medical vehicle designed and equipped for the transport, treatment and monitoring of patients. The bidder is obliged to offer exclusively a new and unused vehicle, manufactured at least in 2024.
