Croatia – Architectural and related services – Arhitektonsko-urbanistički natječaj za izradu idejnog arhitektonsko-urbanističkog rješenja rekonstrukcije tržnice u Samoboru

The tender is public, general, in one stage for implementation, of the 1st degree of complexity for the development of a conceptual architectural and urban design solution for the reconstruction of the market in Samobor. The design tender is conducted in accordance with Title IV, Articles 327-331 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120/2016, 114/2022 – hereinafter referred to as: the Public Procurement Act) and other provisions of the Public Procurement Act that apply to the Tender and the provisions of the Regulations on Tenders in the Field of Architecture, Urban Planning, Interior Design and Landscape Design (Official Gazette 85/14) of the Croatian Chamber of Architects (hereinafter referred to as: the Regulations), the provisions of which all tender participants are obliged to comply with, if they are not in conflict with the Public Procurement Act. The tender is conducted in the Croatian language and Latin script. In terms of Article 133 of the Public Procurement Act, the conducted Tender will be a condition for initiating a negotiated procedure without prior publication for the award of a public service contract.
