In order to ensure the protection of the Client's information assets and entire infrastructure and the continuous development of business processes, the Client procures the use of the Security Operations Center service for the period of the Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as: SOC), a centralized solution for monitoring, detecting and managing security incidents, and the use of the automatic management and response to security requests service (hereinafter referred to as: AOS). The Selected Bidder is obliged to provide the aforementioned services for the entire duration of the Framework Agreement and contracts concluded on the basis of the Framework Agreement, within the scope of the entire Organization and IT system of the Client. The Selected Bidder is obliged to provide the service of monitoring, notification, response to possible incidents, alarm processing and correlation for the purpose of timely detection of incidents, reducing potential financial or reputational damage to the Client. The aforementioned service must include maintenance of the SIEM solution, which is technologically based on the existing Elastic Stack system (ElasticSearch-Logstash-Kibana, also known as ELK Stack) and the AOS solution D3 Smart SOAR, and all necessary licenses for their use.
