Croatia – Electric buses

Group 1 - Solo city, completely low-floor, category M3 from 11,500 mm to 12,500 mm. The subject of the procurement are city classic electric buses according to the technical specifications in the attachment and other required conditions specified in this procurement documentation. All offered buses must be new, unused and manufactured in 2025 or later. Furthermore, all offered buses for the Group of the subject of the procurement must be from the same manufacturer, the same type and the same year of manufacture. The vehicles offered and to be delivered must be fully manufactured in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia and EU directives: Road Transport Act (Official Gazette 41/18, 98/19, 89/21, 30/21, 114/22). Regulations on technical requirements for vehicles in road traffic (Official Gazette 85/16, 24/17, 70/19, 60/20 79/23), Regulations on special requirements for vehicles used for public road transport and transport for own needs (Official Gazette 50/18, 56/19, 107/20, 127/21, 147/21, 71/22), Economic entities shall submit completed technical specifications for each individual group as part of the offer. When handing over the buses, the economic entity shall submit to the contracting authority proof that the buses being delivered have been homologated, i.e. that the buses have undergone the procedure for determining compliance with the applicable regulations of the Republic.
