Izgradnja primarnog i sekundarnog lukobrana, obalnog zida te gata, sve za smještaj oko 131 veza za plovila dužine od oko 5 do 10 m, a sve u skladu s idejnim rješenjem Luke otvorene za javni promet lokalnog značaja Omorika u Crikvenici te poštujući sve standarde za funkcionalno korištenje lučkog područja. Unutar luke raditi će se i produbljenje akvatorija, gdje je to potrebno, radi osiguranja dostatne dubine za privez, uplovljavanje i isplovljavanje plovila. Luku će se opremiti opskrbnim ormarićima za struju i vodu, te se planira izvesti nova hidrantska mreža. Tehnička i projektna dokumentacija s nacrtima zainteresiranim gospodarskim subjektima bit će dostupna putem EOJN RH.
