Croatia – Organisation of architectural design contests

The tender is conducted in accordance with Title II, Articles 327-331 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120/2016, 114/2022 – hereinafter referred to as: the Public Procurement Act) and other provisions of the Public Procurement Act that apply to the Tender and the provisions of the Regulations on Tenders in the Field of Architecture, Urban Planning, Interior Design and Landscape Design (Official Gazette 85/14) of the Croatian Chamber of Architects (hereinafter referred to as: the Regulations), the provisions of which all tender participants are obliged to comply with, if they are not in conflict with the Public Procurement Act. The tender is conducted in the Croatian language and Latin script. In terms of Article 133 of the Public Procurement Act, the conducted Tender will be a condition for initiating a negotiated procedure without prior publication for the award of a public service contract. Parts of the tender conditions pursuant to Article 37 of the Regulations that are not specified in these Tender Conditions are an integral part of the Instructions for Participants. A tenderer defined in Article 2. paragraph 1. of the Regulations in accordance with the ZJN is considered a participant in the tender. The winner of the Tender, or the person authorized to design proposed by the author of the first-prize winning work, will be invited to participate in the negotiations. The tender is open, public, general, in one stage for implementation, 1st degree of complexity. The subject of the Tender is a conceptual architectural and urban design solution for the development of a conceptual architectural and urban design solution for the Central Kindergarten in the Ribnjak area with landscaping.
