THE SUBJECT OF THE TENDER is the development of an architectural and urban design concept for the construction of the Sloboština Kindergarten in Zagreb in accordance with the "Program for the implementation of the public tender for the development of a conceptual design for the Sloboština Kindergarten in Zagreb" prepared by the Department for Spatial Planning of the City of Zagreb in February 2023, expert team: Ana-Marija Rajčić, B.A. Arch., licensed architect, Jelena Bule, M.A. Arch., Maja Bubrić, A.T. Arch., Dinko Brdarić, B.A. Prov. The newly formed building plot for the function of the Sloboština Kindergarten in Zagreb will be formed from the plot cadastral plot no. 1682 cadastral plot Zaprudski Otok in its entirety (area 5,804 m², owned by the City of Zagreb), as well as from parts of cadastral plots no. 2302/1 and 1574/1, all cadastral plot Zaprudski Otok, total area approx. 6,400 m².
