The subject of the procurement is the preparation of project and technical documentation for the construction project of a new primary school in Dugo Selo with the associated contents: • preparation of a geodetic study and execution of geomechanical investigation works with the preparation of a geomechanical study • preparation of the main project with all necessary maps that must be mutually coordinated and the preparation of a cost estimate for construction/reconstruction works, preparation of an interior design/equipment project with the preparation of a cost estimate based on the main project • preparation of a 3D visualization of the primary school with all accompanying contents based on the main project • obtaining a legally binding building permit via the e-permit system • preparation of a detailed design and the preparation of a cost estimate for construction works and the preparation of an interior design/equipment project with the preparation of a cost estimate based on the detailed design • a detailed description of the service to be procured according to the project terms of reference which is an attachment to this Documentation.
