The subject of the procurement is the service of professional supervision of the reconstruction and equipment works of the Bellevue Hotel in accordance with the Construction Act (Official Gazette 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19) and other applicable regulations. ZJN The Client will conclude a Contract with the selected Community of Tenderers: MODULOR DOO BEOGRAD, OIB: 88444427661, NIKOLAJA SALTIKOVA 61, 11000 BEOGRAD, Serbia; MODULOR CONSTRUCTIONS d.o.o., OIB: 23023589098, Slavonska avenija 1, 10000 City of Zagreb, Croatia at the offered price of EUR 14,756,928.01 + VAT. The Contract will be concluded for 30 months. The deadline for completion of the contractual works is 18 months from the date of introduction into operation.
