The contracting authority wishes to purchase various DSA materials for 24 months on the basis of a framework agreement concluded with several tenderers pursuant to Section 104(3) of the Public Procurement Act by setting up a consignment warehouse. Pursuant to Section 105(2)(a) of the Public Procurement Act, the individual order shall be placed, in accordance with the conditions specified in the framework agreement pursuant to Section 104(3), by the contracting authority through a direct order from a tenderer selected pursuant to Section 105(2)(a) on the basis of objective criteria. Budget: net basic quantity in total (24 months): HUF 94,258,700 net basic quantity + 50% quantity difference (24 months): HUF 141,388,050 When determining the quantity difference, the contracting authority took into account the uncertainty of the future number of patients, as well as the possibility of changes in therapeutic practice and financing, and accordingly determined the quantity difference at 50%. The electronic catalogue consists of 23 items, and 3422 devices (budget quantity) will be purchased. The detailed quantities per item are contained in the electronic catalogue.
