Hungary – Cleaning products – Tisztító és tisztálkodó szerek beszerzése

Procurement of cleaning and hygiene products for the institutions of the penitentiary organization – based on Government Decree 44/2011. (III. 23.) – for a period of 12 months, based on individual orders. Orders will be placed on a monthly basis under the framework contract, during which specific procurement needs will be met. The framework contract amount is: HUF 320,000,000 + VAT, of which 70% is subject to a call-off obligation. Main product areas: Cleaning products (planned quantity: 121,070 pcs) Cleaning products (planned quantity: 405,000 pcs) Hygiene products (planned quantity: 4,460 pcs) The price of the products includes all additional costs incurred until the products are delivered to the place of performance (purchase, packaging, transport, etc.). All tasks related to the organization and implementation of transport are the responsibility of the Winning Bidder, the costs of which are included in the prices. The Contracting Authority states that cleaning products mean the products specified in Government Decree 235/2024. (VIII. 8.). The reference to a thing of a specific make or origin, or to a specific process, which characterizes the products of a given economic operator, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or a specific origin or production process, as specified in the notice initiating the procedure and in the public procurement documents, was made only in order to clearly define the nature of the object. According to Section 46 (3)-(4) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), the term “or equivalent” shall always be included in addition to the designation. The Tenderer is responsible for proving equivalence. By technical equivalence, the Contracting Authority means the conformity of the parameters listed in the technical specifications, i.e. in the case of the listed parameters, the parameter according to the product(s) offered by the Tenderer must be at least the same or better.
