Cleaning tasks for the buildings of the Downtown Campus of the Budapest University of Economics under a business contract; a total of 17,450 m2. a) Daily cleaning tasks are performed at a monthly flat rate adjusted to the opening hours of the buildings. The opening hours of each building are included in detail in the technical specification. The contractor is also responsible for providing a cleaner on duty. The monthly flat rate also includes weekly and monthly tasks. b) Major cleaning tasks are required twice a year, based on a separate order. c) Window and frame and frame washing applies to various types of wood, metal, plastic, as well as teschauer and truss frame structures, skylight glass surfaces, and fixed windows at different heights (glass surfaces in doors). The winning bidder must provide the environmentally friendly cleaning agents necessary for the cleaning tasks, as well as plastic bags for various types of trash cans in offices, classrooms, water blocks, and community spaces, and their continuous replacement as needed.
