Framework purchase agreement, the subject of which is the procurement of main line branching series terminals (current-connecting elements for under-cover and indoor insulated wiring). The purpose of application of the main line branching series terminals is the use of unsized main line branching and branching at metering points and partially converted metering and distribution equipment to be implemented by on-site assembly. Based on the framework purchase agreement, procurement of unsized main line branching series terminals until the budget of EUR 450,000 is exhausted. Planned quantity during the period of the framework agreement is the procurement of approximately 211,500 series terminals in three product groups (TCS1; TCS2; TCS3). The quantitative data (expected quantities) of the individual terminal block types recorded in the price table are indicative, they have been determined as an aid to the bidders' pricing, the contracting authority sends direct orders in accordance with the actual needs that have arisen until the budget amount set out above is exhausted. Further information is contained in the technical specification of the public procurement documents. The reference to the specific make, origin, type included in the notice and the public procurement documents was made only in the interest of a clear and understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement. The contracting authority accepts a product that is equivalent in all respects, pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.). The contracting authority is not obliged to call up the full budget amount.
