Delivery of meat products and stuffed goods according to the technical specifications detailed in the public procurement documentation, for a fixed period or until the net amount of HUF 4,932,500 is exhausted. Estimated total quantity for the entire duration of the contract (without options): 3,233 kg The above quantities are estimated quantities expected during the duration of the contract, which are informational data and have been determined solely for the purpose of comparability of offers. The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a framework purchase agreement in such a way that it undertakes an obligation to call on the framework amount. If the Contracting Authority has exhausted the Framework Amount before the expiry of the contract, it is entitled to call on further orders up to a framework amount (option) corresponding to 20% of the framework amount during the term of the contract. The option is called automatically at the moment the framework amount is reached. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to call on the entire option, its obligation arises only in relation to the quantity actually ordered. The winning bidder is obliged to deliver the goods specified in the individual orders to the place of performance (daily, between 6 am and 7 am, or upon request), unload the goods from the means of transport, perform the delivery/receipt of items, quality and quantity checks, and record and handle any objections. The detailed conditions for the performance of the contract and the exact description of the products to be purchased are contained in the public procurement documents. The date of conclusion of the contract, and thus the starting date specified in point II.2.7) of the call (BT-536), may change (be postponed) in view of the duration of the public procurement procedure!
