The purpose of this public procurement is the IT operation of the server rooms operating in the court network, at the central location of the Procuring Entity, and the DR devices of the central location located in the server room of the Miskolc Court, ensuring product support and operation of the physical servers, optical and data storage devices operating in the server rooms (Server Room Operation); furthermore, providing product support for the Linux operating system servers and the system applications and databases running on them on demand within a period of 10 hours per month (support of Linux-based systems and other tasks related to the devices located in the server room); and providing related services for a period of 12 months. The operation does not cover custom-developed applications supporting the work of the courts. The service provider must provide first-level support in resolving entries received through the Procuring Entity's Helpdesk and errors detected in the monitoring systems operating at the Procuring Entity. During hardware operation, the service provider must ensure the observation, configuration, monitoring of the specified devices, the performance of updates on the devices, the elimination of errors, the maintenance of operational security and business continuity. The Bidder is obliged to regularly report to the Requesting Party on the tasks performed, the detected errors, and the observations derived from proactive monitoring, which it must fulfill in accordance with the conditions set out in this technical description. Systems involved in the support of Linux-based systems: Servers operating at the central location of the Requesting Party, virtual machines, and installations indicated in the supported platform section.
