The Purchaser wishes to purchase glass fiber reinforced polyester pipes manufactured by the fiber winding process within the framework of a purchase contract. The available budget is 150,000,000,- HUF net, and the Purchaser undertakes to call for 70% of the given budget. The Purchaser informs the Bidders that it mainly carries out fault clearance work within the administrative boundaries of Budapest, therefore, due to the rhapsodic nature of the work, it is not possible to determine the exact quantity. The total quantity of individual orders to be issued based on the purchase contract can only be estimated. The Purchaser informs the Bidders that after the conclusion of the contract, the minimum order value of the products subject to the contract will reach 1,000,000,- HUF net per order. Estimated main quantities for 24 months: - 57 pcs of 400/600 size, 2.3 meter long glass fiber reinforced polyester pipes (total 131.1 m²), - 121 pcs of 508/1000 size, 2.3 meter long glass fiber reinforced polyester pipes (total 278.3 m²), - 50 pcs of 500/750 size, 2.3 meter long glass fiber reinforced polyester pipes (total 115 m²). Total: 524.4 m². The estimated main quantities were provided by the Procuring Entity for information purposes only, and the Procuring Entity does not undertake any call-off obligation in respect of them. The Procuring Entity is responsible for the production/procurement of the products ordered and their delivery to the Procuring Entity, and the Procuring Entity bears the costs thereof.
