Procurement of special metal parts for 81.2K metro cars, within the framework of a sales framework agreement (goods procurement). Total quantity (planned): 3,620 pcs/24 months The details of the individual items and the technical requirements are contained in the Price Table and the Technical Drawing Documentation. The Requester of Tender states that it stipulates a minimum order quantity for the products, as stated in the Price Table. The quantities given in the Price Table were determined based on previous usage experiences, so-called experimental quantities. The experimental quantities were given in order to determine the total bid price excluding VAT in order to provide a well-founded assessment of the bids; the quantities purchased within the framework of the contract may differ from these experimental data. The Bidder must submit its bid in the light of the foregoing. Only the unit prices are indicated in the annex to the contract to be concluded. The Contracting Authority undertakes to place an order worth 70% of the total amount to be recorded in the framework contract. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). The components must be delivered based on the specified type or the Technical Drawing Documentation, with the same functionality, design, technical parameters and reliability as those currently used for the same purpose, or with the same or better reliability. The Contracting Authority must specify the manufacturer and manufacturer identification number of the product it offers in the Price Table. The documentation procedure for the products supplied is included in the draft contract, which is part of the public procurement documents.
