Part 1: Regular maintenance, inspection, scrapping, replacement of fire extinguishers of the University of Debrecen in EDUCATIONAL institutions Within the framework of the contract, regular maintenance, inspection, scrapping, replacement of fire extinguishers operating in the educational institutions listed in the DEK-1458 Location List and Equipment List Annex on the territory of the University of Debrecen, based on the relevant laws, standards, and regulations, which are prescribed by the Decree 54/2014. (XII.5.) of the Ministry of the Interior on the National Fire Protection Regulations. The inspection and maintenance specified in the decree are based on the relevant Fire Protection Technical Directive TvMI 12.5:2022.06.13. - Basic maintenance - Medium maintenance - Full maintenance The contractor must have the necessary tools required for the inspection, maintenance, and repair, which he can present and prove. The contractor will prepare a monthly schedule, which he will send to the University of Debrecen in advance. In order to carry out maintenance efficiently, the fiREG database can be queried to determine exactly how many pieces of equipment, what type and what age - i.e. what kind of maintenance-requiring equipment - are located at the locations included in the schedule, with the exact location of the equipment - i.e. the placement - being precisely determined. The number of pieces of equipment affected by the inspection and maintenance: 1,778 pieces of equipment. The detailed description of the tasks performed within the framework of the service is contained in the Technical Description issued as part of the public procurement procedure. Only a complete offer can be submitted. The bidder must make an offer for all lines of the price table for the given part.
