K24271 - Up to a net budget of HUF 30,000,000,- Repair and maintenance of ZF type torque converters installed in the Client's trucks with a total weight of over 3.5 tons. The Winning Bidder shall perform the following tasks, based on the Client's orders for this purpose - at the performance locations specified in point 4.1 of the contract to be concluded: a. Condition assessment, repair and maintenance of ZF type transmission structures and provision of the necessary spare parts listed in the Offer Form (price table) based on the written (e-mail) orders issued by the Client against the budget, b. for special cases (not related to repair services) regarding the parts included in the Offer sheet (price list), the parts delivery is based on written (e-mail) orders issued against the Customer's budget amount. The Winning Bidder shall conduct a condition assessment before performing all repairs and maintenance, in order to prepare a repair quote. The repair quote shall be broken down into material and cost and shall necessarily include the relevant elements of the Winning Bidder's winning public procurement bid. If the condition assessment, maintenance, or repair is performed at the premises of the Winning Bidder, the Procuring Entity shall deliver the vehicle/torque converter to the premises of the Winning Bidder for the work to be performed and the Procuring Entity shall deliver it back from there after the work has been completed. In the event of the need for maintenance or repairs, the Procuring Entity shall order the condition assessment electronically (by e-mail) requesting a price quote for the repair/maintenance from the Winning Bidder. The Requesting Party may order the condition assessment (diagnostics) at any of its premises, as specified in point 4.1.1. of the contract (field BT-728 of this announcement), for the truck located there, in which case the winning Bidder is entitled to a one-time (occasional) departure fee as stated in the Bidding Form (price...
