As a result of a public procurement procedure, the contracting authority intends to purchase 11,000 new school bags, 50% for boys and 50% for girls. The contracting authority concludes the framework contract for a total of 11,000 school bags by undertaking a call-off obligation for 80% of the total framework quantity (i.e. 11,000 pieces), i.e. 8,800 school bags. The contracting authority does not undertake a call-off obligation for the purchase of the remaining 2,200 school bags. The call-off from the framework contract will be implemented through ad hoc orders. The contracting authority hereby announces for information purposes only, in order to facilitate the submission of bids during this public procurement procedure, that it is foreseeable that the quantity affected by the call-off obligation (i.e. 8,800 school bags) will be called-off in the first ad hoc order. The remaining quantity not subject to the call-off obligation may be called up by additional ad hoc order(s) during the term of the framework agreement. The indicative quantity data(s) have been provided solely to assist in the submission of a bid and do not constitute any commitment on the part of the Requesting Party regarding the framework agreement to be concluded or individual orders.
