Procurement of sanitary paper and other paper products (toilet paper, tissue paper, paper hand towels, paper napkins, candy bags, spice bags) for Semmelweis University for 24 months. Total planned quantity: 485,480 packages/24 months. The contract will be concluded until the budget amount is exhausted (net HUF 355,473,000), but for a maximum period of 24 months, the total quantity will be the amount of the budget amount accordingly. The contracting authority undertakes to call for 70% of the budget amount. The framework contract to be concluded as a result of this public procurement procedure will enter into force on the day following the termination of the framework contract concluded on October 12, 2023, at the latest on October 13, 2025. If the budget amount is not exhausted during the fixed period of 24 months, the Contracting Authority is entitled to extend the contract by a maximum of 6 months, of which it is obliged to inform the other party in writing at least 15 days before the termination of the contract. The detailed requirements are contained in the technical description chapter of the public procurement documents and in the draft contract. The Contracting Authority applies the provisions of Section 9 a) of Government Decree 235/2024. (VIII. 8.), the details of which are included in the technical description chapter of the public procurement documents. The Contracting Authority evaluates the tenders based on the lowest price evaluation criterion pursuant to Section 76 (2) a) of the Public Procurement Act.
