The bidder must attach the technical description/brochure of the specific offered device to the offer, from which the compliance of the offered device with the technical parameters can be verified without any doubt and in full. The offer is invalid if any offered device does not fully comply with the technical descriptions. The offer must also include the CE certificate of the offered device. The reference to the specific make, origin, type included in the call and the public procurement documents was made only in order to clearly and intelligibly define the subject of the public procurement. The contracting authority is subject to the provisions of Regulation 321/2015 on the method of proving suitability and exclusion reasons, and determining the public procurement technical description.
