T-152/25 Purchase of chemicals under a framework contract. Total quantity (planned): 35,331 ME (DB, L, KG) / 36 months Details are included in the Price Table. The quantities given in the Price Table were determined for 36 months based on previous usage experience, so-called experimental quantities. The experimental quantities were given in order to determine the total bid price excluding VAT in order to provide a well-founded assessment of the offers; the quantities purchased under the contract may differ from these experimental data. The bidder must submit its bid in the light of the above. Only the unit prices are indicated in the annex to the contract to be concluded. The contracting authority undertakes to place an order equal to 70% of the framework amount set out in the framework contract. The contracting authority draws attention to the 321/2015. (X. 30.) For each product offered, the bidder must indicate in its Price Table, as a professional offer, the manufacturer of the offered product, the product manufacturer identification number (article number or other data that helps identify the product, e.g. product manufacturer drawing number, catalog number, which is electronically available in a public database or register (e.g. website of the bidder or other manufacturing company). If the offered product does not have an article number, or if the article number provided by the bidder cannot be queried and therefore cannot be identified as specified above, the bidder must submit a product data sheet for each such offered product simultaneously with its offer. In the event that the Contracting Authority is unable to clearly assess the technical conformity by fulfilling the above verification methods, it reserves the right to request a sample product.
