The Contracting Authority invites tenders for the establishment of a single-party framework agreement for: A Software as a service (SaaS), cloud-based service for the Contracting Authority Enterprise Risk Management and Strategic Planning system, including o Initial implementation of the service(s) o End-to-end managed service for the hosting, licencing, maintenance, development and support of the Contracting Authority's Risk Management service o End-to-end managed service for the hosting, licencing, maintenance, development and support of the Contracting Authority's Strategic Planning service - Additional features and possible future enhancements - Any related Services - Please note that the following elements are out of scope: - Data Migration from current services – data will be input into the new system - Risk Management or Strategic Planning content development .
