Ireland – Postal services – Provision of Eircodes and related Services

The RTB seeks a suitably qualified candidate who can support the functions outlined above underpinned using Eircodes and related software services. The RTB seeks ongoing expertise and support to Contracting Authority the ICT and Research teams in the discharge of the Eircode and Related services which will include the following general areas: Maintenance of Rent Pressure Zone dataset Web Service (API) to facilitate identifying of addresses and Eircodes, identify if an address is in a Rent Pressure Zone (Local Electoral Area). Web plugin for Auto completion of Addresses: - Off the shelve web plugin to facilitate address searches of the ECAD Database. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Plugin: - (Off the shelve plugin) Address Auto Completion to facilitate address searches. Web based tool for matching addresses against the ECAD database: - Web page hosted internally (Azure Tenancy) for data validation team to do ad hoc validation on addresses (using web services as set out in (2 and 3 above). Mapping Tool: - A cartographic visual representation of local electoral area (LEA) boundary datasets for 2015 and 2019, and RPZ designations to facilitate address searches of the Eircode Address Database (ECAD). Batch Encoding of Addresses: - Periodic encoding and validation of Addresses; including ad hoc address encoding. Data cleaning and Ad Hoc Encoding services.
