The Head of the Technical Sector informs: that the following request has been filed at the Maritime State Property Office of the Municipality of Caorle for the issuing of a new maritime state property concession for tourism and recreation purposes, prot. no. 71 of 02.01.2024, relating to existing works, portions of uncovered area, forming part of the Hotel Negretto with the following characteristics: - duration: 06 (years) - effective from 01.01.2025 more information can be found in the notice published at the link below: https://www.comune.caorle.ve.it/index.php?area=11&menu=621&page=1483&lingua=4 Pursuant to art. 8, paragraph 3 of the current "Regulation on the use of state-owned maritime property and the regulation of bathing activities" and Article 18 of the Regulation for the implementation of the Navigation Code, within 20 days of publication of the notice on the public notice board, interested parties may submit any observations and/or objections deemed appropriate exclusively by certified email to the following address: comune.caorle.ve@pecveneto.it. Pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 1 of the current "Regulation on the use of state-owned maritime property and the regulation of bathing activities" and Article 18 of the Regulation for the implementation of the Navigation Code, within 30 days of publication of the notice on the public notice board, interested parties may submit competing applications, accompanied by all the essential elements better described in the full notice published at the link above and transmitted exclusively by certified email to the following address: comune.caorle.ve@pecveneto.it.
