Opportunity Overview
The object of the contract consists in the implementation of projects no. 28 and no. 29 of the 2022-2024 Social Area Plan of the Social Territorial Area of Lecce.
In implementation of the provisions of the Regional Guidelines for "Home Care" DGR Puglia no. 750/2015 by the articles. 87 and 88 Reg. Reg. Puglia n.4/2007 and subsequent amendments, as well as the contents of the V Regional Social Policy Plan 2022/2024 and the 2022/2024 Area Social Plan of the Social Territorial Area of Lecce, the objective is to consolidate the home care system in the care and social-assistance and/or social-health intervention pathways, aiming at the appropriateness of social-health services with priority for non-self-sufficient people through interventions to be provided to citizens, in order to encourage their permanence in their living environment, avoiding institutionalization and allowing them to have a satisfactory relational life.
