Italy – Hospital facilities construction work – Affidamento della concessione di costruzione e gestione della Città della Salute e della Scienza di Novara, con ricorso alla finanza di progetto

The contract concerns the concession for the construction and management of the Novara City of Health and Science through project financing pursuant to Article 183 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, based on the technical-economic feasibility study prepared by the contracting authority. The services included in the contract referred to in this procedure are the following: — executive design and construction of the project: after submitting the final project at the time of bidding, the concessionaire shall provide the executive design and execution of the works necessary for the complete construction of the new Novara City of Health and Science, including land reclamation work, in accordance with the content of the technical-economic feasibility study and the guidelines for the final design that will be made available to economic operators submitting bids; — maintenance of the building and plant works; of the automated horizontal and vertical internal transport systems; of the water and sanitation systems; of the grey and black water disposal systems; of communications and IT networks (excluding consumption), — provision of greenery maintenance services; energy services, pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 1, letter p), of Presidential Decree No. 412 of August 26, 1993, complying with the provisions of Annex II to Legislative Decree No. 115 of May 30, 2008, including: maintenance, operation, and management of electrical and lighting systems; maintenance, operation, and management of air conditioning systems (both winter and summer). The provision of electricity, water, and energy sources is excluded.
