The procedure provides for the assignment under a maritime state concession, for a period of 15 years, of a state-owned area with a total surface area of 43,722 square meters, located in the Municipality of Reggio Calabria in the Pentimele locality, for tourism, recreation and production purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the Variation to the Municipal Beach Plan and the related Technical Implementation Standards, and more specifically: - lot 4.L5 CR of 9,942 square meters of land area, identified in Table 2.4_updated 04-2024 of the PCS as areas for productive activities related to maritime activities; - lot 4.L5 PO identified in Table 2.4_updated 04-2024 of the PCS as equipped mooring points with a surface area of 6,780 square meters of land area and 27,000 square meters of water surface. The land area is listed in the land registry on map sheet no. 18 of the Municipality of Reggio Calabria, parcels nos. 520, 473/part, 704/part, 705, 706, 10/part. Regarding access to the aforementioned area, a preliminary agreement was signed on September 19, 2024, regarding the establishment of a permanent right of way on parcel 254 (sheet no. 18) between the Municipality of Reggio Calabria and the company owning the parcel.
