Italy – Repair and maintenance services of rolling stock – Servizio di Manutenzione su Allestimenti ed Arredi per ETR 4XY ed ETR 500

Cyclical maintenance service, revision and modification of internal/external furnishings and fittings of ETR 4XY and ETR 500 rolling stock to be carried out at the Trenitalia plant of OMC Vicenza, located in via dell'Arsenale n. 46, 36100, Vicenza (VI). The total amount of the tender is equal to € 14,106,470.66 (fourteen million one hundred and six thousand four hundred and seventy euros/66) excluding VAT, of which: € 6,156,857.25 (six million one hundred and fifty-six thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven euros/25) for the basic contractual service of 36 (thirty-six) months, to which must be added € 643.47 (six hundred and forty-three euros/47) with labor costs estimated at € 3,878,820.07 (three million eight hundred and seventy-eight thousand eight hundred and twenty/07) € 5,597,891.50 (five million five hundred and ninety-seven thousand eight hundred and ninety-one euros/50) for a possible extension of a further 36 (thirty-six) months, under the same terms and conditions, including safety costs not subject to Reduction of €0.00 (zero/00) with labor costs estimated at €3,526,671.64 (three million five hundred twenty-six thousand six hundred seventy-one/64). €2,351,078.44 (two million three hundred fifty-one thousand seventy-eight euros/44) relating to the exercise of the right to avail of the mandatory fifth pursuant to art. 120, paragraph 9 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 calculated considering the sum of the amounts of the basic contractual service and any extension.
