Object of the competition: Urban-architectural idea project proposal for the building of an open centralized museum value storage facility with a competence center at L. Lekavičiaus g. 2, Rumšiškių mstl., Kaišiadorys district municipality. The winners of the competition will be the participants of the project proposals that took I, II and III places, with whom the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Article 71, Part 4 of the Law on Public Procurement, intends to conduct unannounced negotiations regarding the preparation and publication of project proposals for the building of an open centralized museum value storage facility with a competence center at L. Lekavičiaus g. 2, Rumšiškių mstl., Kaišiadorys district municipality, technical design, building information model (BIM) for the technical design, preparation of the interior design of the main spaces of the building, obtaining construction permitting documents (or similar documents required by legal acts) and procurement of project implementation supervision services.
